By accessing and using FetishFlow ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

FetishFlow is a digital marketplace that connects users who request custom video content with content creators who fulfill those requests. The platform provides:

• A secure escrow payment system through Stripe
• Content creator verification and onboarding
• Request fulfillment tracking and milestone management
• Dispute resolution services
• Communication tools between users and creators

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Content Guidelines: All content must comply with applicable laws and our community guidelines.

Prohibited Content: Users may not upload, request, or distribute content that:

• Involves minors in any sexual or suggestive context
• Contains non-consensual content
• Promotes illegal activities
• Violates copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or harassment

Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these terms.

Escrow System: All payments are held in escrow until video approval or dispute resolution.

Platform Fees: FetishFlow charges commission fees based on creator signup order:

• First 10 creators: 5% commission
• Creators 11-20: 10% commission
• Creators 21-199: 15% commission
• Creators 200+: 20% commission

Payment Processing: Additional Stripe processing fees (approximately 3%) apply to all transactions.

Refunds: Refunds are available through our dispute resolution process for valid claims.

Content Delivery: Creators must deliver content as described in accepted proposals within agreed timeframes.

Quality Standards: Content must meet reasonable quality standards for the agreed price.

Communication: Creators must maintain professional communication with customers.

Verification: Creators may be required to complete identity verification for payouts.

Payment: Customers must pay for requests upfront through our secure payment system.

Request Details: Customers must provide clear, legal, and appropriate request details.

Timely Review: Customers should review delivered content promptly and communicate any issues.

Respectful Communication: Customers must treat creators with respect and professionalism.

Dispute Process: Disputes are resolved through our internal mediation process.

Evidence Required: Parties must provide evidence to support dispute claims.

Final Decision: FetishFlow's decision on disputes is final and binding.

Resolution Outcomes: Disputes may result in refunds, re-work requirements, or payment release.

Creator Rights: Creators retain rights to their original content while granting customers usage rights as specified in requests.

Platform Rights: FetishFlow retains rights to the platform technology, branding, and operational systems.

Respect for Rights: All users must respect intellectual property rights and not share or redistribute content without permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

FetishFlow acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of content, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of creators to deliver services, or the ability of customers to pay for services.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to FetishFlow in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Account Termination: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason with notice.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Pending Transactions: Termination does not affect pending transactions, which will be completed according to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
